Information Technology Support Technician

Netline’s IT team is looking for a system and technical support person for a position that includes:

  • Providing support to users in offices in Israel and abroad
  • Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing hardware & software components of the organization’s computers
  • Setting up stations for new users
  • Two years’ experience in a similar position
  • Service oriented
  • Knowledge of technologies – Microsoft AD, Office 365, operating systems – mandatory
  • Basic knowledge in managing networks and protocols – DNS, DHCP, TCP-IP – mandatory
  • Familiarity with – vSphere, ESXI – a significant advantage
  • Familiarity with – Switches, Firewall – an advantage
  • Familiarity with SVN systems – an advantage
  • Familiarity with security systems – NAC AMP, and – an advantage
  • Familiarity with SHIELD secure browsing systems – a significant advantage
  • Familiarity with SYMANTEC backup systems – QUORUM a significant advantage
