Job description:
- Turnkey Project management and customer facing- planning, characterization of the solution, and execution of complex projects.
- Defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal departments, and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines & schedules, and budget.
- Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution. Directing and guiding the working team throughout the entire process.
- Leading the development of project documents (SOW, technical characterization) as well as user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process/ system to the clients.
- Track project performance and monitoring project related tasks within all departments (such as schedule, budget etc.) and building a work plan according to the progress of the project.
- Participation and involvement in the project’s technical meetings.
- Utilizing project management methodologies (risk management, Gantt, etc.).
- Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
- Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Job Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering. Master’s degree in Business Administration or Systems Engineering – an advantage.
- Proven experience of a least five (5) years as a project manager in leading complex projects.
- Experienced with RF systems and projects. Experience in electronic warfare systems – an advantage.
- Experience in customer management. Previous experience in working with customers from the security and defense market- an advantage.
- Ability to work in a matrix structure.
- Experience with project management software tools
- Efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize and execute accordingly.
- Team player, willing to travel abroad and to acquire security clearance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English. Fluent English- a must.
