Technical Account Manager / Post Sales

Job Description:

This role combines account managing together with technical support, using engineering principles from the fields of reliability and availability, ILS, and technical / marketing writing.

  • Technical POC to all customer post sales needs.
  • Managing service tickets- end to end.
  • Planning and coordinating work plans for audits / maintenance / inspections.
  • Writing commercial offers & writing /performing technical, operation and maintenance trainings.
  • Reliability and availability analysis.


  • Electronics/RF Technician- a must
  • Experience as a communications / RF / electronics technician in IDF, Level I/D – an advantage
  • Experience working with RF testing equipment such as: Network Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, RF Scope – Advantage
  • Marketing / sales experience with customers – an advantage
  • Knowledge and experience in ERP software – an advantage
  • Very good English (talking & writing) – a must
